About
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC).
In my private practice, I offer both individual psychotherapy for adults, as well as clinical supervision and consultation. I serve on the instructional staff at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology for their Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology program, currently teaching a class called Listening Lab for first year graduate students.
I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study.
Random facts: I have been to 20 countries, I am a middle child, an artist and seeker, I like fall and spring better than winter and summer, I am all about the concepts of hygge and teolaí and lagom (look these up!), I love to have deep conversations and eat good food with my favorite people, I have two incredible adult children and the sweetest life partner, I love long walks in pretty places, I am 4w5 on the enneagram and an INFP, and I absolutely love my work.
